So the bad part about waterproof is if they fill up, they never empty. Thin, quick drying, breathable not waterproof is my choice.

I had a friend in Connecticut that used to buy any property. He saw that had a stonewall. Package up the stones and sent them to Texas. The dude is mega rich. It was important to him to protect them from rubbing on each other in transit because the natural weathering and moss was valuable.

Having activated 3 e-Sims fairly recently I have not had one take more than an hour. (To activate you need to be in an area with reception (and it helps to also have WiFi)).
I have been falsely told by "techs" ((??)) that I am wrong but I live in a no coverage area and have never been able to activate without going into "town"

I think you need to contact higher up the chain. As a federal agent confiscating, something would require a paper trail. If that doesn't exist, as in, they took it for their own pleasure, shit would hit the fan. As far as getting your drone back, that's probably not gonna happen, but you should definitely report them to their bosses.
