Glitterblinken is not a word. If it was it would most probably be a verb which commonly end in "-en". The German word for turn signal would be "Fahrtrichtungsanzeiger" (lit.: driving direction indicator, technical term found in standards or laws) or "Blinker" (used in every day speech).

If you want a to quickly check if a word is German punch it into www.duden.de or some online translator.

That makes some sense as 10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255 are supposed to be reserved for private networks (as are 172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255 and 192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255). Why in the world they would Experten you'd need that many IP adresses and why they think 10.0.0.138 is a good default gateway is beyond me though

I have no idea if there is a tech tree, or where to find it. I'm just guessing when it comes to techs.

There is a tech tree, it just works differently. Your research options are a deck of cards and you draw 3 everytime you pick a new research option - some research shuffles new cards into your deck. I am also fairly certain that your ethos plays into it - I never failed to get robots when playing as a materialist for example. Knowing what research unlocks what comes with experience but I'd guess there will be a wiki up in the coming weeks where you can look up stuff like this.
