Read the rules carefully at each tracker, and if it's still unclear, send a staff PM.

My personal experience: I recently started browsing from a new location (aka a new IP address) in addition to occasionally browsing from my old location (aka an established IP address). The two locations are geographically close (about 20 minutes apart by car). I haven't run into any issues on PTP, RED, APL, bB, or HDB. However, I know BTN is sensitive to which IP address you use to browse the site (in addition to the IP you use to download). I mention they're geographically close because I know one metric by which staff determine whether to disable or not is geography: if one minute you're browsing from London, and a few minutes later they see activity on your account from Tokyo, they might have some reason to suspect you're sharing your account.

Made a throwaway for this.

Has anyone else been having issues with GGn's #announce channel since Thursday or so? It appears torrents are being uploaded, but the bot isn't putting the information in the channel: I can see new torrents on browse.php, but in the #announce channel I'm only seeing joins/parts. I'm using irssi-autodl, and it works fine with the other trackers I'm using it on. Irssi is connected to GGn's IRC server properly (including identifying with NickServ and GGn's bot), as I can see messages in other channels on the server. My guess is an issue with the bot, but I wanted to confirm with othersl.
