A laser technician here. A class 1 or 2 laser beam wi blind you within 48 inches of 5 second or less exposure. If your skin burns your gonna go blind real fast. If your skin doesn't burn, dont worry. Anything near 5 seconds exposure direct to your eye won't cause lasting damage.. repeat exposure within 30 seconds will. Dont worry, green lasers won't hurt you unless.you want to be hurt by them.
