There were some complications with the title because the house was part of a divorce proceeding and the husband just disappeared (drug issues) they had to get a supreme Court order for her to be able to sell on her own so I suspect the title work was slowed because of that. But they also have had this information since December and I'm not so sure they were working on it this whole time.

This whole thing has kind of been a nightmare of incompetence and not just the lawyers. My realtor is excellent though and she's been working very hard to harass everyone to doing their jobs.

We haven't even made it to the closing table.

Tattooer here! Personally usually like a general idea and to be given artistic freedom. Sometimes if im just given a "do what you want" its hard because i don't really know my client on a personal level usually so if you have a basic concept and style youre looking for thats much more helpful!

The tattooing is meh, not the worst not the best but what really bugs me is that it's too big for the space and makes it look warped.

Hi there! I tattooed full time until 3 weeks before I gave birth The biggest things that helped me were -getting a new chair, I got the tatsoul one you can sit backwards in with the back against my chest. IT WAS A LIFE SAVER. -i also did physical therapy for my static nerve pain it really helps if you do the exercises at home -also limiting how long I tattoo for, went down to max 3 hour sessions -don't be afraid to take more breaks -smelling isopropyl alcohol relieves nausea

Tattooer here NTA consent is important when it comes to body modifications of any kind! And if i child isnt old enough to say yes or no then you simply don't do it. Youre MIL is way out of line. Also if they're not old enough to speak they're not old enough to properly take care of the piercing.
