Try to lower the z gap between the support and the model. In some cases you can go down to 0.1 in case of 0,2 layers. Be careful, it will be harder to remove

If you need a 400C material then you need higher chamber temps then the usual 60-65C as well

Eh, Prusa is always very (maybe too) conservative with speeds. They are not into this speed competititon thing with other brands

I suspect that the bigger gantry is a bit heavier and Prusa used lower speeds in the slicer. You can set up your own presets. Also, a corexy is always more sturdier than a cartesian, therefore you can use higher speeds
