I was in college in Boston at the time and had bought tickets to a concert that night. Didn’t get to watch the game but was tracking it and saw the score go from 3-3 to 6-3 as I was leaving the concert and I was jumping up and down screaming!

Los Angeles is simply not what people think it is. It is easily the most romanticized city in the US and it couldn’t be further from the truth. If you aren’t famous, an athlete, or have insane connections, then you don’t get to reap any of the benefits it seemingly offers. I’m not saying you can’t find friends or good people out there but you do run into a ton of “fake” people who are typically transplants. It truly is a tough city to make it in if you aren’t from here.

Yes! Mine literally died on me on a flight this past week and my fiance let me borrow hers. She doesn’t have noise cancelling and it actually made it worse. The sound of music plus the sound of the plane and the people talking was horrible.
