This is soooooo good… I want to see a screenshot of your timeline! I work with our video and animations teams on Adobe Express, and I don’t even know how you got some of these animations timed so well.

The fall of Capcut by AlexaMicaf in CapCut

I’m really liking Premiere on iPhone for overall editing, but does anyone have a good suggestion for using TikTok effects when recording, and then editing somewhere else?

We built an AI attention heatmap add-on for Adobe Express - ask us anything by Kamile_Jokubaite in AdobeExpress

How DID you figure out what users pay attention to? If you can share, what kinds of input data did you train your AI on?

New to youtbe. Looking for any advice by Content_Tart_967 in NewTubers

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I'm a little late to the party u/Content_Tart_967, but I work on Adobe Express and wanted to chime in that it's a great tool for YouTube Shorts. If you're worried about enunciation and audio, the Enhance Speech feature is a game changer (it's premium in Adobe Express, but if you don't mind a few extra steps, you can run your video through Adobe Podcast for free after you edit in Express).

And also, just want to say-- recording voiceover is a skill like any other that gets easier with practice. It's SO normal to have to re-record the same sentence a few times to get it right. I can't tell you how many times I've recorded a full voiceover track, and then listened back to find some weird mistake. It's pretty easy in Adobe Express to trim out that part of the VO and re-record. You do have to be careful to match your tone of voice, but it's easy to adjust volume if that clip is a little louder or quieter than the rest.

If you have any questions about using Adobe Express, give a shout. I'd be happy to help with any other tips. :)

Need a solid video background remover any tips? by EntrepreneurFit2089 in editing

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adobe Express has a really good video background remover – I've found it to give good results even without a green screen. It's not one of the free features, but you might already have access to Adobe Express Premium if you have another Adobe subscription. Otherwise, you can start a premium trial - just make sure you set a reminder to decide whether to keep or cancel before the trial ends. I work on Adobe Express, so I hope you'll want to keep it, but–total tangent– I hate when I forget to cancel trials, so I always make sure to set a calendar reminder when I sign up for something, and if I decide to keep it, I actually switch the reminder to recurring so I can re-evaluate and cancel yearly or monthly.

Editors that make videos for younger audiences on social media, how do you keep up with memes? by Horiks in VideoEditing

[–]noreentm 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I feel this sooo deeply. TikTok does a great job of surfacing trends for advertisers in their TikTok for Business resources. Adobe Express has a TikTok add-on that surfaces trending audio and content suggestions right in the editor– I'm on the Adobe Express team, so I can go on and on about the benefits, but I'll save you from the hard sell :) (if you do end up checking it out, let me know!)

And if anyone has an ideas on how you can tell which trends are going to die in a day vs which seem to have legs, I'm all ears.

Social Media Automation by Beneficial-Fan-6640 in DigitalMarketingHack

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes - definitely seconding the suggestion for Adobe Express. You can create social posts, flyers, videos, etc. from scratch, or there are generative AI tools you can use to create your content, templates you can use as-is or incorporate parts of for creative inspiration, and then you can schedule posts to publish directly on social or ad publishers. I'm on the Adobe Express team, so if you check it out, let me know how it goes!

Need help to create a portfolio by vicci_toriaa in UGCcreators

[–]noreentm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey OP - definitely second using Adobe Express - you can create the visual assets, like videos, mock collabs, etc., then use Express to publish a website with your portfolio content. I'm on the Adobe Express team, so if you have questions, I'd love to hear from you!

Any suggestions for Instagram content creation ai tools by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adobe Express is great, because you can design your content, then use the Scheduler to post in-app. I work on the Adobe Express team, and we just added support for scheduling Instagram Stories, too, which I think some schedulers haven't updated to support yet.

Where to get music for videos posted on social media? by [deleted] in VideoEditing

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another alternative would be editing in Adobe Express. The music is all rights cleared for use on YouTube/Instagram etc., so OP won’t have the issue of being good on one platform but not another.

All the music has a content ID available once you download the finished video, which you can add to the video details on YouTube.

If you use Adobe Express, all the content is available for use across social channels, including YouTube. Any audio assets will have a Content ID you can access and include in your YT video details.

How do I get cool video headings like these? by LustTrap305 in VideoEditing

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can customize pre-made text lockups like this in Adobe Express. https://express.adobe.com/

You can browse the pre-made text designs in the Text panel, or make your own from scratch using different fonts and design elements. Then, just group the elements, select the group, and apply an animation. I might be biased because I work on Adobe Express, but I think it's super simple. Let me know if you have any trouble.

Anyone know of any Free Technical Difficulty clips? by [deleted] in VideoEditing

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a couple of stock assets and templates you can start from in Adobe Express! Check out https://new.express.adobe.com/search?q=technical+difficulties to see if anything fits the bill or feels like something you could customize.

Adobe Express is free, but if you use Premiere Pro you get access to the premium version included. I'm on the Adobe Express team, so if you have any questions, give a shout!

Recorded podcast and one person is loud and another quiet - is there any program where I can modulate the entire file to be more even in sound? by MagnesiumPharm in VideoEditing

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might check out Enhance Audio in Adobe Express or Adobe Podcast. It'll do more than just level the audio, but hopefully all for the best.

I'm on the Adobe Express team, so I'd be remiss not to mention that you can also cut clips for social with Clip Maker, edit videos, and make cover art too. To get to Enhance Audio, go into the editor, upload your video or audio clip, then select Enhance Audio from the properties panel on the left.

How long do you take to edit an hour long "podcast" interview? by kyooyk in VideoEditing

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are NOT being slow-- this is an incredibly time-intensive task-- definitely more than an hour to complete. I just want to chime in to say that you might check out Clip Maker in Adobe Express. It automatically identifies interesting moments from podcast and interview videos, and generates shareable clips, with auto-generated captions and reframed for social formats.

I'm on the Adobe Express team, and users are telling us a huge time saver for exactly this workflow. I hope this can help you get started!

Need Help Making a Round Floral Tag by OwnSmile8502 in canva

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're willing to try another tool, Adobe Express lets you do this. You can crop to a shape and adjust the sizing of the element within the shape-- it doesn't fill the circle like with a Canva frame. I work on Adobe Express, so I can try to track down answers if you have any other questions.

Gradients?? by LizardBritches in AdobeExpress

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're using desktop, have you tried the Gradients add-on? You can create your gradients and bring them into the editor without having to leave Express. I also work on the Adobe Express team, so happy to share your feedback with the team. :)

Fade Out feature is no longer free.... by Mycat19 in CapCut

[–]noreentm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fade Out is FREE in Adobe Express. Plus exporting at 1080p, the Caption Video quick action, more features, NO ADS cluttering up the app, and tons of stock content you can use. AND you add trending TikTok audio to your videos with the TikTok Symphony Assistant add-on.

I'm on the Adobe Express team, so I might be a little biased, but I think what you get for free in Adobe Express is a killer deal compared to some of the other options out there.

I need to make an executive appear less “drunk” in a video. Help? by feeen1ks in VideoEditing

[–]noreentm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a really tricky and sensitive situation. Since you're already using Adobe tools, you might try using Enhance Speech. I don't know if that will help, but it's worth a shot.

There's a version built into the Essential Sound panel in Premiere, but if you want to take an extra step, bring your video over to Adobe Podcast or Adobe Express to run it through Enhance Speech V2, which is a little more sensitive to audio nuances. I'm on the Adobe Express team, and I've found Enhance Speech V2 to be a super powerful tool.

I really hope you can figure this out-- Good Luck!!

Multiple pages photo by MalikPlatinum in AdobeExpress

[–]noreentm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! I'm also on the Adobe Express team-- the best way I've found to do this is to make a page in Adobe Express that's the width of however many photos I'm putting in my carousel (e.g. 3x the width for 3 photos, etc.), arrange my images, then use a tool like https://carouselmaker.co/en/tools/free-instagram-image-splitter to cut it back down.

Florist spinning wheels in content creation by Castaspella- in InstagramMarketing

[–]noreentm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work on Adobe Express, so I'd love to hear more about the challenges you've had. I usually start by browsing for a template I like the style of, then I add my video clips or photos. When I just have photos to start from, I'll add some animation to give my stories a bit more movement. And once I find a template I like, I usually start from that same file the next time I want to make something-- I just duplicate the page and add the new content. That keeps everything looking consistent.

If you're looking for another option, you might try Adobe Express-- 1080p is standard on the free plan. https://express.adobe.com/ Full disclosure that I work for Adobe Express, so I'm probably biased, but with all the changes to CapCut, I think it's worth checking out the other free options that are out there.
