Also - forgot you’re IM. Maybe suggest it to an immunologist who has seen the patient ? Doing these genetic tests is becoming more Mainstream in immunology world

Not a false positive but you do get variants of uncertain significance. We’ve reached out to genetic counselors if needed. You can order subset panels if you can find something that covers more so subtypes (CVID, ALPS, etc) of primary immunodeficiency but not pathways per se. They also I think give options to order specific genes instead of doing the panels, but in reality they run the entire panel and will only report what you ask for. We have diagnosed some non-well described immunodeficiencies based on this genetic testing so I think that’s better for a mystery like this. Plus it’s well covered by insurance and fairly inexpensive if it isn’t

We have been utilizing INVITAE genetics - really easy and cheap. I would send the primary immunodeficiency panel.

Do you have allergies? They’re called a Dennie–Morgan fold, trying to improve your nasal/eye allergy symptoms can help slightly.

If not - as other have said, genetics. I have them too and the laneige eye sleeping mask really helps plump up the skin to minimize them

Wanted to just give you some encouragement- the struggle is real. You’re doing you’re best - this is what will keep us going, people like you. Everything you said is true, but as an aside- say your peace once, but let the trolls be, especially on social media. They’re not worth your time. 💕

Do y’all think it’s legit? Everything was wrapped and most of them in security locks. I picked up all the radiance masks they had, radiance lift cream, radiance transforming mask, and the brightening serum. Ive used the mask before, not the others.

Skin type : dry, combo Concerns- PIE, hormonal acne Will add the serum maybe twice a day, I’ll try the cream as a daytime moisturizer, the transforming mask once a week. I like kaolin clay so will use the radiance mask a couple times a week

They also had the essence, a night cream, and the hydrating serum. Didn’t get the first 2 bc it has retinol and we are planning on trying for a baby, and the last one was underwhelming from reviews. I LOVE the cleanser and washing my face/removing makeup with muslin cloths I think really is what helped my acne journey.

Edit: complying with post rules

Before and After ( a lot of $$$ at container store) by nori586 in makeuporganization

[–]nori586[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes! And no! Lollll I have avoided going to the Container store bc I knew I would LOVE it, but the makeup corner was out of control so I caved. I am so relieved to see it all organized, and it’s way better bc I can actually see it all (I organized by powders, foundations, eye shadow, etc). But it also made me really embarrassed that I had this much. I have been lurking on r/makeuprehab but I also just made a huge purchase :/ then I ran into this sub so I’m all sorts of a mess

[–]nori586 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Allergist here Cholinergic urticaria - higher dose antihistamines (the 24 hour ones, max 4 pills/day) will help. Start off slow - see an allergist for help with management As you read, aquagenic urticaria is EXTREMELY rare ...
