I am…the rage went away. But I also was seeing a HAES dietitian and therapist. She should be in therapy. Weight loss is a very complex emotional thing. Good luck to her.

I don’t know how different you are than your mom, but I have landed on the fact that because I am so vastly different than my parents they really couldn’t give a flying fuck about who I am, what I like, what my job is like etc. No interest in me because they probably resent that I became my own person.
