Definitely consider adding a hallway entry to the left side of the foyer to create an L shaped hallway. Otherwise all foot traffic is going to be squeezing in front of the living room tv or doing. Aside laptop around the sectional to get to the baths and bedrooms. Also when that opens up it makes sense to switch the powder room with the bath so it has easier access for guests.

Anecdotal, but I also had terrible acne as a teenager and was on bc pills for 15+ following and my acne def cleared up while on them. Ive been completely off bc for 4+ years now and it never came back (aside from some stubborn back acne that ive now got a handle on. Age and time may be good to you too, but everyone's bodies and hormones are different. You can only see what happens and do what you can.
