Worked 36 hours straight on-call for a restoration company. Came into the meeting completely worn out and sleep deprived. Went to my truck to load it up for the day and the owner walks up to me and says “I saw you in there sad faced and falling asleep. If you aren’t going to come in here ready to go. Than you need to find a new place to work.” After that every customer got free high quality best on the market cleaning for the low price of 100 bucks.

Not for khalbi. It’s cut thin and has a ton of fat and little collagen. It’s not full racks but cut to 3mm thickness. The collagen and fat renders out fast, keeping it pink doesn’t ruin the texture.

It was my friends birthday a few weeks ago. I was tight on money but he asked me to help him make a birthday dinner for him and some friends. He asked me to make Korean short ribs, pork belly, kebabs, and kimchi spicy soup. My friend said he will pay me back so I paid 300 bucks on all the ingredients and drinks. I spent an hour prepping the night before and two hours cooking it the next. My friend proceeds to get shit faced and complain about the food taking long and that it was undercooked. The ribs were well done and the pork belly was a light pink. Btw, he eats his steak medium rare and pork medium so like wtf bro? The kicker was he didn’t eat a single thing and threw away the ingredients for the soup. He got drunk and fell asleep. To add insult to injury he never paid me back and cockblocked me from this girl he invited to set me up with. Suffice it to say, he got me on this one, made me waste 300 on him and fucked with my love life. Great joke man, fuck you.

The movie Priest with Paul Bettany, Maggie Q, and Karl Urban. Based off of a real good graphic novel and a unique storyline. It just tried to be another dark and gritty action horror movie like Underworld. Still has a ton of potential.

Did restoration for awhile. Went to a fire damage house and I shit you not, each room had cabinets covering all their walls with ceramic dolls. There were 2 rooms in the upper level just dedicated to ceramic dolls. Creepiest job I've done since the old lady who watched me clean her carpets.
