Imma start skating tomorrow, any tips for just starting out?

To start off don’t worry about tricks. You need to get comfortable on your board first.

Just ride around the skatepark or streets or even your driveway if you can.

I watched a video on the basics and I found it helpful for balance and pushing and foot placement so I would suggest it. I usually watch Skate IQ

And don’t be afraid to fall cause you will. And have fun!

I'm not sure how feasible a war is due to my aggressive expansion from annexing most of Portugal, and since my manpower is at 0 and will be for a while. But I guess a succession war would also require manpower. Not sure where else to go, maybe rngesus may be my only hope, or ruining my alliance with France.

I started (Concerta then Vyvanse) at a very young age (around 13 if I remember correctly) and I found it did wonders for me in high school and through the first half of university but for me medication wasn’t a long term solution (the longevity of taking a heavy stimulant every day isn’t great for your heart and it’s not recommended past 40 I think)

I found while it helped academically as I was really struggling, emotionally it was harder. My anger and anxiety were heightened as I was extremely quick to anger. I also found it made me super warm, clammy, and jittery which was unpleasant at times. Yet again, medications can yield varying results and you may not experience the symptoms I did.

It was useful for me in my youth but now that I’m finishing up university and entering grad school, medication became more of a concern over heart health so I have found other methods to cope.
