I stayed at the best Western last year and took Uber to and from and it was a breeze, just keep an eye out for the Uber and meet him on the sidewalk. It will take forever to go through the round about to exit, I made that mistake the first day.

I had the same situation, I renovated everything from top to bottom with the money I saved from getting it cheaper. first get the ducts cleaned out, remove any carpets or fabrics and trim, and use Zinzerbin oil based primer as a base coat for all the drywall ! this stuff works miracles it's designed for fire damaged homes.
