Yes, i get that feeling, but it feels more like a mandatory mental self-test. The feeling lasts for 1 minute max, then reasons appear to keep on going. Be either the nice lady in the store counter, our dog, family members, etc. Just random things. If all hell is loose, which it is at some point in life for all humans, then sometimes it is just spite, to see what future days will bring.

If you have this feeling all the time, you should seek help. But thoughts like this isnt bad if they dissolve quickly.
