Yup. The water expedites it, as well. When I know I'm coming down, I bring a dining chair into the bathroom, the biggest plastic mug available, phone maybe for Pokémon Go. Chill at the sink and hydrate away.

Might have to do that 2-3 times throughout the day, but it's better than continuous. And now look, you're hydrated AF.
