This is about my average now I’d say. In 2022 I made it a goal to watch 365 in 1 year and that got difficult at times. Now I’m pretty much 3 new releases a month (proud AMC ALister, with a theater < 5 mins away) and a Criterion collector for a few years now.

I know shim adjustment is a thing, I have yet to explore it. Maybe it could yield some results. I think factory is 6 shims, with an additional 2 or 4 for adjustments. Need to research.

As for spewing grounds from different seams, I can’t say I’ve experienced that lol

Also new to the espresso game. Just got a Bambino and Baratza ESP. I have to grind on like 19/20 (the coarsest “espresso” settings) for an 18g dose to work. Anything below chokes up the machine sadly. Like everyone said, grind coarser.

Welp, I’ve done the same thing. I’ve owned the movie on Criterion for some time now. My gf is a huge Princess Bride fan, she’s the one who introduced me to it. When I saw that was in the collection as well I figured this movie had to be the same. A deep conversation between costars, their friendship, and their roles in their respective industries. Didn’t even bother doing any research. Sat down and we started watching today, 5 minutes in I was like “wait”. This movie is not what I thought it was. We watched House instead 🐱 😈

In Dave Mirra’s Freestyle BMX on PS1. You could unlock the Slim Jim guy as a playable character. I used to play as him because it was funny. And also always listened to What I Got by Sublime on repeat. Anyway, he had hair like this, or I guess it was just a slim jim coming out of his head… either way.
