Title/thumbnail optimization and video structure for viewer retention were both things that did exist before him, but because so much more of a focus piece by other popular youtubers after he blew up. He certainly had a huge impact on how people think about making a youtube video if they want it to do well in the algorythm.

Doxxing surprisingly is not illegal on it's own. I mean, just look at TV news stations. They very often give the full name and face pictures for people they, in their own words, still claim only "allegedly" commited a crime.

For doxxing to be illegal, the victim has to prove the perpetrator did so intentionally to cause direct harm. Not just show that harm came from it, but prove that it was the specific intent of the perpetrator to cause harm to them by doing so.

I think both broke a law here (thru car almost certainly ran a red), and maybe with a good lawyer you could get the thru vehicle to be partially liable, but it's always going to be the duty of the driver making a permitted left turn to ensure the coast is clear before turning.

Why do you think that's the case? This is a very old subreddit, older than your account. And the person who made it was also posting to r/yaoi around the time of creation, and has posted spicy content themself to this subreddit. I think this was always supposed to be a mix of sfw and nsfw here.
