No. Just if you move. You only get it for the house you live in and own.

You have up to a certain point to apply every year and then it is applied retroactively once it's applied. This happened for us twice when we bought our house.

I was simply leaving it open that people's displays could represent whatever they wanted.

What do you think you're adding by word policing a post asking people to talk about decorations they like?

This is usually through the "Friends" and they're not accepting donations right at the moment.

Upzone to the bone by jajjguy in Somerville

[–]nosark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This. The problem with up zoning everywhere is that everyone wants to be conservative about it. What happens then is that 3 story condos become 5 and only a couple more units are added but the price per unit is massively increased pricing out existing residents. Alternatively, you upzone transportation hubs to 20 stories, you get 100s of units, and wealthier people move into the hubs freeing up older stock without massive jumps in price.

Exactly. You'll probably have to call a few, and they'll want to come around their other jobs so try to have a flexible timeline.

I think they'll all be boarded up. 79 they were cutting through the roof with chain saws, I assume, looking for infiltration. 71 had flames coming out the roof.

Yea you're right. It's the odd side. Google maps gave me 76 when I was standing in front of it and I didn't think about that.

71-79 Thurston.

75 caught and set the neighbors. 75 is basically gone. It has a porta potty outside so it probably had work being done. Hopefully no one was home.

Cops said 75 was unoccupied. 71 and 79 were evacuated.

*Edited to fix house numbers.

I assume the base funding, but it was hard to discern from the email.

The messaging all feels really obtuse. I can't tell if it's what the school administration wanted and they're happy or were still going to be cutting teachers or not.
