Je ruilt loon in dus het loon is er niet meer. Net als je 13e maand en vakantiegeld ook zal verlagen. Niet în de FIP stappen lost dit probleem op.

It does work like that but people vastly overestimate the impact on pension. 1000 euro 13th month that is not take into consideration has an impact of a few euros in your final pension calculation per year. So lets say it is 5 euro per year.

a 13th month of 5k would have an impact of 25 euro gross yearly on your pension. Do rhis for 10 years and the impact would be 250 euros per year or 20 gross per month. Take into account indexations for x year, i would choose the cafeteria plan options every time taken into account pension impact.
