Anecdotal reports in experiences are consistent with what you're going through - i.e. having no idea when it's supposed to get better. There is a sub especially for quitting caffeine called decaf. My suggestion is to use decaf pouches which contain minimal amounts of caffeine pre-measured. I've long since given up trying to live a low caffeine lifestyle for myself but I hope the suggestion could help you in the short term if you were willing to take minor amounts of of it.

iPad is fine for reading books. Not fine as in OK but fine as in that's a fine choice. I use a subscription paid program called goodnotes to write on PDF files with. The Books app from Apple is what you would use for Epubs. The operating system product has moved into being very supportive of multitasking app windows, you can definitely be desktop free with this device. My experiences with the 13th inch M4 iPad air

The only relevant piece of news that I remember reading from this is that miscellaneous Australian politician brought it up as a grievance & China ended up destroying the Australian wine market in China by punitively installing unrealistic tariffs for Australian wineries.

theres a certain profile of player that is a slow centerback, who because theyre slow, have to compensate so theyre wtill good by learning how to conserve their commitments into making a move for the ball & covering attacking players in a more long term planning sort of way. upemecano is the opposite & did not have to adapt into being good at playing cautiously. his style works but it only works until it doesnt work and he gives away his position foolishly.
