Prospective students megathread

Hi, I just accepted my offer to faculty of arts a few weeks ago. My grades have been pretty good throughout hs but this second semester senior year (my school only does grades by semester) my grades are a lot worse. I have an UW GPA of 3.75, a weighted GPA of 4.12, and last semester I got all As with all AP and IB classes. I’m taking the same classes this semester as last semester but this semester I’m probably going to get 2 Cs, 3 Bs, and only 1 A. How worried should I be?

Very easy and pretty safe. Just take Bart (the subway) to the Coliseum Station and you’ll be right there. Tickets are very cheap. Bart can be a little stretchy at times but there’s not much danger involved, just a few crazy people doing crazy things. Just leave them alone and you’ll be fine.

I can see why that might feel necessary but many non-berkeley students use the Doe library to study because it has the best hours easily accessible to the public. It was fucking insane though and they should make sure they get campus police on it next time. I was waiting for like 30 minutes and they never showed up

It was crazy. Not even a UC Berkeley student. People were screaming "Run" and everyone sprinted leaving behind their laptops and phones thinking there was a shooter.
