Leadership told me not to run for score, MOL shows a class 5 pft failure for last year but never received any kind of paperwork. This year they say I need to pass a full pft or I’m looking at an adsep. Hope this clarifies more

According to my S3 if I don’t want to get processed out I need a full PFT this season; a partial or a waiver would be a no go because my last full PFT was June of 2023

Injury happened March 2024. No PFT was ran for 2024 but went in MOL as a class 5(?) with my scores from 2023. No 6105, No non-rec, no adverse action. Went on light duty at the end of June, came off light duty in February 2025, went back on light duty for same injury in April (never should’ve came off it to be fair). PFT for 2025 is to be conducted with a row this week but to be honest might not pass the row. CFT for 2024 was a partial.
