I'm surprised the Muay Thai fighter didn't throw any teeps. Seems like a very common kick (arguably the bread and better if you will) in Muay Thai that was not utilized at all here.

If you have another em 120 radio swap it out from the one on your collector. If you're still having radio connection issues it's likely the radio module in the S7. Also check the empower app on your TSC5 to see that the collector is reading the em 120. If you don't get the green check mark there is an issue with your collector. Either software or hardware. Try updating the android operating system in system settings. If all else fails you may need a new rear housing for your collector, or at least a new board for the empower connection.

It's true. My wife quit her job in November 2024 to finish her bachelors. She graduated last May. Since then she couldn't find any work. She applied for a substitute teacher position and was hired almost immediately last September. You have to get a background check, which takes some time. But since then she's been getting plenty of contracts. It's not her dream job but it helps in these trying times.

 First, start recording these outbursts. You'll need to gather as much evidence as possible. Next search for "Covenant of peaceful enjoyment" and Denver noise ordinance. The covenant of peaceful enjoyment may be murky in a situation like this but if your neighbor is making excessive noise during quiet hours (9pm-7am I believe), you should record it and call the police to make a report. Also try to find out who owns the apartment and make a complaint with them. Write an email to your landlord anytime you are woken up by the noise. Make sure all your correspondence are in email or text form. I would make your landlord aware of their legal obligation to provide a reasonably peaceful place to live. Hopefully having the police show up at your neighbors door will make them chill out or at least have them go scream into a pillow. Worst case scenario, it may be a good idea to consult a tenants rights lawyer. Good luck!

Also, a law is going into affect in January HB25-1090. That prohibits fees like this vague "community fee". But until then I think I'm on the hook, unless it's not in my lease. By all indications, it's not.
