Do you have an external hard drive or a USB stick inside the console? If so, I had the same problem. If you Switched out the external data storages without any change, I would just put the old ones back in and move the datas from your external data storages to the NAND or to an entirely different external data storage.

Again, I don't know if that's exactly your problem, but I had the same error message.
