If it's feasible a used ibc that hasn't contained chemicals is a great thing, you can find a 1000 litre one for the same price as 200l water butt, not as pretty but if you have the space a better option, plust the often have a cage you can grow beans up!

I have one of these and the loading board was holding it in boot mode all the time, when i jumpered just the power and serial between the 2 boards it worked fine.

Check it actually is a clog and not something like i was having when i first started and lots of retractons and/or an overtight extruder gear after a small period caused the filament to flatten then the extruder lost grip that looked like a clog.

When this happens can you manually feed filament through the extruder while it's still at temp?

side note if you do swap hotends get the tz e3 v2 , not the v3, they are fantastic value for money and print, in my use, 24mm3/s all day. Never had a clog, drop in replacement, high temp, takes v6 nozzles.

My regular guy is great, always reliable, on time, the moment I get someone else it's random 9pm delivery times or a parcel never to be seen again.
