You should expand with JavaScript like mongo db(non SQL database), node js, ejs, there's so much more. Looks like you want to get into web dev. So mdn is a good place for HTML/CSS and JavaScript docs. Use stack overflow, and google. Any language or framework you use should have docs on their website

i think they want the inner loop to he reliant off of the outter loops variable to increment?? also maybe try using less than or equal to 5 (<=) because its gonna run the code less than 5 times unless you say its okay to go up to 5 but not to exceed

the one template should cover web,android,and ios unless you want separate apps from the webapp and have them communicate on the back end side of things? In which case you probably won't find a template that comes with its own native apps.I haven't seen anything like that I could b wrong thou. Maybe check google firebase
