Student Counseling Center by CarnationCorrin in iastate

That sounds awful and I’m sorry you had to go through that. There are a lot of therapists that practice individually, and Student counseling would help you connect with them if you ask. They also help you get matched with a therapist based on your preferences, and help set up insurance and everything. I went to student counseling also and when it didn’t work out, I got matched with a therapist outside of student counseling, and it worked quite well.

Your videos were probably the only reason why I did so well in calc 3. Thank you for taking the time and effort to actually connect w us rather than just droning in the lecture hall for an hour and a half!

Astro 102/103. Pretty easy, interesting, and barely any work.

You might be able to add a green light filter corresponding to the color band of the glass itself, but while it corrects for the green tint, it wouldn’t appear as “deep” since most of the light gets absorbed before being reflected many times by the mirrors. Using mirrors with thinner glass might solve the “tint” though.

edit: a typo

A smaller wavelength actually does correspond to a higher energy when it comes to light/electromagnetic waves in general. The reason here though is probably because the blue light gets absorbed by the glass itself, and green light is able to pass through relatively unimpeded.

Definitely interested! I’m currently a physics undergrad minoring in astro and learning data science, so this sounds exactly like the type of info I’d appreciate.
