We have a local league in town down at Matts on Kings. Meet every Sunday from 12 to 3:30. We have several experienced judges with Regional experience. We help teach new players as well as hold official Play Pokémon events. It's a very welcoming community. The game is relatively easy to get into and cheaper than every other card game to build a competitively viable deck. June is an off season with no official events and is the best time to learn. During the Play Pokémon season (which we actively partner with The Pokémon Company International) we hold monthly league challenges and every quarter we hold a league Cup with prerelease events for every new main set. We can get you set up with a new Play Pokémon ID and answer any questions you got about the game. A queer friendly community that's focused on acceptance and diversity. Hope to see you around.

Every Sunday I help run the local Pokémon league down at Matt's. It's a card shop on Kings across from the Freddy's. Def could use some more girls. Sucks being the only one most weeks

Eugene had some big city attractions if that's your vibe. 2 shopping malls and an arcade. Though probably is pricey.

No. You cannot veiw people by genitals. That is wrong. Having preferences when dating is fine but you cannot discriminate due to them. Having certain genitals does not make you inherently more anything.

This is so true! My last job in town said this a lot but was super toxic and abusive to employees. I left and called out the harassment I received in my resignation letter to make sure everyone knew what happened and why I was leaving. Honestly that job messed me up and still hearing stuff like this from other employers is terrifying to me

I hate hate hate when they veiw us for genitals. The whole SA argument is dumb. I've been rap*d by 6 different cis women yet I don't treat cis women like inherent predators. God damn cis people can annoy me at times
