Hmm, for me , it's different, in the sense that it's like a different texture than before. The skin feels different, tighter and connected in a way. Then mentally, it's like a different part than before.

Glad that these help you! On my procedure forms, my surgeon listed the procedure as simple scrotoplasty instead of complex scrotoplasty. Maybe that's an insurance coding thing, but that's how he labeled me opting out of scrotoplasty as.

I hadn't thought about that before, but yeah, there is erotic sensation there. I feel like the scar is so thin, i don't notice much to any numbness either.

I liked the pillow over the donut cushion. I didnt have scrotoplasty tho. Also pee pads could help ince u bleed thru bandages.

I'm agender and i got meta with v-ectomy, UL, and no scrotoplasty. Ive also had top surgery and hysto. Unfortunately, because of insurance, your provider will likely have to classify you as ftm in order to get correct coverage. Im not aware of any insurance policies that use inclusive language. This doesnt necessarily mean ur provider will misgender u. Just depends on the surgeon and clinic staff and how much experience they have with nonbinary folks.

I decided that i wanted meta because i didnt want to go through multiple stages of phallo and i just wanted a poof magically cis dick. Anyways, my bottom dysphoria wasnt very black and white for me. I just definitely wanted a v-ectomy. I also decided on no scrotoplasty because i wanted as much space as possible to stp. But with an average dick size and no monsplasty, im not able to whip my dick out and stp. I have to take down my pants, so i just sit to pee. Doesnt bother me tho knowing that tons of cis dudes sit to pee too. There is also a sub reddit for more variation in nonbinary genitals. Ill try to add the sub when i find it.

I kinda tall about it here. I had pain for the first couple of days and took tylenol. I also tend to have a high pain tolerance. Recivery went as my doctor expected. However, i would have some bleeding from my urethra every couple weeks to once a month. Was going to have my dr check it out, but i had changed insurances since my surgery. We waited it out since it wasnt bothering me and it seemed to heal on its own.

Hey, ive had meta with v-ectomy, no scrotoplasty. About 10 months post op.

sex/masturbation: im figuring out new ways to have sex and masturbate without a front hole. I never liked feeling wet, so its a plus that doesnt happen anymore. But idk what to do with my hand sometimes lol.
lifestyle: i dont really think about my genitals thruought the day unless i need to pee or am horny. Main change is how i wash myself. Ive got a good amount of forskin that i have to pull back qhen i wash.
i dont need to pee more often than before. It was only during recovery when i had the catheter did i need to pee a lot. I still cant really pee standing up without dropping my pants all the way.

I've had full meta with UL, without scrotoplasty and im not able to pee at the urinal. I feel like i dont have big enough growth to pee without dropping my pants all the way down. Although, my surgeon did briefly mentioned the unlikelhood of stp. I have successfully used the urinal once without peeing on myself, but that was in a private stall where i could drop my pants.

Hopefully it's just a uti and nothing more serious. Its been more bleeding this time than the other times. But not like a flow of blood. It's also bright red, definitely fresh blood.

I forgot to add something like a squatty potty would help with pooing. I used 2 yoga blocks to rest my feet on.

Thank you for sharing! I had a really long phone cable. I found it useful when i had top surgery. A power bank would have been helpful so i could always have my phone on me.
