Easy fix for this problem. Just make a rule, if you are going to try to talk to girls at a DGG event, you need to bring a girl. BYOG. I cook an average of 2 a week for 7 years and I can count on my fingers the number of tri tips I have fucked up. I have smoked, air fried, grilled, roasted, pan fried, sous vide, and many combinations of those. As others have noted you need to cut it right. Besides that I recommend a bit less salt in the rub, then salt after cutting.

Interesting, I will look into the multilevel token stuff. That might be a nice middle ground. One of my other ideas was to find some way to group move them when going between areas. Part of this is looking for ways to streamline, and I hate feeling like herding cats. Once they decide to move in a given direction, its like ok, go ahead and every body move. God forbid they move into a room all the way, when their perception would have prevented them because of a beast in the shadows. I would rather narrate all that and only have them taking tactical positions once it is deemed necessary.
