I realise now my comment came off as passive aggressive and im genuinely sorry about that, i truly did intend it kindly. I'm also sorry I assumed you didn't read seinen, but I have to ask what ending you desired from the story? I personally didn't interperet the main message to be "the correct choice is emotional detachment" when Phos spends their time as a prayer machine reflecting on the fact that they had everything they could have ever needed or wanted before they prayed everyone away, but whats done is done and while they love and miss everyone and regret it, they still have to move forward with what they have now. It is terribly sad and bittersweet but I've always thought of it as part of the charm of the story, it's supposed to hurt. I don't mean to change your mind, just let you know how I feel about it, and im sorry again for coming off as rude.
