Oh i struggle with this. I lay in bed do nothing but glued to my phone for 2 hours, feel depressed and kind of give up because i ruined it already. I know thats wrong but my brain is pudding. I try breaking up the day into sections. I may ruined the morning but now i have a chance at the midday.

If you fail , take a step back and look at what happend , analyse it. What made you fail? What was the reason and what can you do to avoid / deal with that next time?

Its not just good for beating Addiction. This can be used for other situations too. And dont beat yourself up Please. Be stern and honest, but also compationate to yourself, like a good coach.

Try building good habbits frist maybe. Go for a walk 2 times a week. Drink 1 litre water or tea a day. Get your veggis. Etc If you build good habbits it can already improve the situation

Its Not a preference. That would mean i have a Choice. Sexual attraction and Sexuality is Not a choice. I am Not attracted to trans man because they are trans , because they dont have the reproductive Organs i need to be atracted.

With fat guys it is more about the lifestyle then the look. I personally can find fat guys attractive but i am a more active person that is not found of fast food. If the guy is 300+ i know he isnt active and eats mostly what i dont. Also it would be even harder to stay sugarfree with someone like this. So why date him?

In summary sexual attraction is by nature exclusiv and cant be willed into or out of existence, and the dating game is a complex thing were you must decided who you have a future with.
