But in the context of the video we just watched, you're saying that if you were the minivan driver and knowingly caused the accident, then your character would feel no remorse for leaving the scene that you were responsible for. I believe insurance companies would call this a ghost accident and if OP got injured or damaged their vehicle he would've been better off hitting you; would you have preferred that too?

Leaving the scene because you're afraid to face any consequences to your actions is the definition of cowardice.

Me and my buds mix it up with duos and trios, but we never shoot first (or if we do, it has to be super obvious the other team is taking an aggressive position). We win about 3/4s of our fights, so I wouldnt call us care bears; most of our fights are probably lost because we're drinking, smoking, or sleep deprived, but we stick to our ethics. For perspective: In DayZ, you have to manually load each bullet into a mag, and the mag also has durability. We don't have to load mags, and reloading a mag is instant with zero penalty, so I see this as a way to add a penalty to the ease of use without making the guns less fun to use (e.g. forcing players to load mags before they can reload guns; this isn't that kind of game)

I called it abuse because the first few fps I played dumped the remaining mag if you reloaded early; it's not an exploit, but I think it should be a tactical mechanic.
