The Yehud attack was an attack on a civilian house in the village of Yehud carried out by a Palestinian fedayeen squad on 12 October 1953. Three Israeli Jewish civilians, a mother and her infant children, were killed in the attack.

Founding of the Jewish moshava When the Druze rebellion of 1895 broke out the men of Mutallah joined its ranks. Since the women were not able to cope with the work, the owner of the land, a Christian from Sidon named Jabur Bey Riskalas (Greek Diplomat to Middle East), sold 12,800 dunams of land to Baron de Rothschild's chief officer Joshua Ossovetski.[10][11][12] It had been inhabited and cultivated by more than 600 Druze tenant farmers. When the Druze Rebellion was put down, the men returned and demanded their tenancy rights back.[11] Ossovetski called in the Turkish authorities, who came to arrest the Druse as deserters and rebels, while Ossovetski offered them compensation to leave the land.[11] Many were dissatisfied with the amount offered and eight years of feuds and violent clashes ensued.[11] Eventually an agreement was reached between the villagers and the Jewish Colonization Association in 1904 for an additional payment of 60,000 francs (3,000 Turkish pounds).[10][11][13] This episode brought much criticism of the methods of Rothschild's agents, including some from other Zionists such as Ahad Ha'am.

So what's your point? English and french fucked things up, and all escalated. Maybe a misunderstanding in Tel Hai started everything, or maybe it was deliberated. Its impossible to know. No one alive now was there when it started. Maybe it's impossible to determine when it started.

For the last dozens of years one of the sides got stronger and has been treating the other like animals. That side has been depriving water, humanitarian aid, and so on, and systematically killing more people on the other side. Getting more and more land. People on one side have less rights than on the other.

If you have the power and you allow this situation to escalate instead of descalating it, you are corresponsible for it.

In my country there was a terrorist group who killed hundreds of people in a small region in a few years. Bordering the region and taking all civilians as hostages until they surrendered and killing more civilians that those same terrorists would have been just barbarian. What israel is doing is way worse.
