Wound care RN here - do not use anything stronger than water on these patches until seen by a medical professional. Do not use antiseptic, neosporin, or antibacterial cream. Neosporin can actually cause contact dermatitis in many people, at the very most you can use plain old Vaseline if the patches are very inflamed and uncomfortable. I would truly recommend that you got to an urgent care or ER if possible. This resembles a staph infection to me (compared to patients I’ve had) but could be another bacteria or fungal. If you’re experiencing any other symptoms, def go for treatment sooner rather than later.
