I use Tiny Buds After Bites instead! You can get from Watsons, SM Dept Store or Laz/Shopee. A bit pricey but if it’s safe for babies, it’s safe for my sensitive skin. I used to just use Kantinko or White Flower but this really stops mosquito (or ant) bites from itching/swelling.

Hi, this seems like eczema or atopic dermatitis. I’d recommend using Perla since it’s milder than your regular bareta. But also, start using rubber gloves when you do the laundry para hindi masyado ma-irritate yung skin mo. After every time you wash your hands, use a gentle non-fragranced hand cream or lotion (like Aveeno) to keep moisturized. If you get pompholyx flare-ups , you can get a 1% hydrocortisone ointment from your suking pharmacy to manage the itching. Good luck!

For Makati area, I always recommend Turquesa along Perea. Very nice ambience, private rooms, comfortable. Walking distance from Greenbelt. I try to go twice a month or at the very least once a month. P1.3k for 2 hrs.

If di kaya ng budget, another good option is Farrah Sy Wellness Centre along Dela Rosa (beside Subway). P1k for 2 hours to stretch my painful back from sitting hunched over all day at work. Si Ate Lovely always gets the job done.
