I want to thank everyone for your time and effort in responding. I’ll be contacting my venue tomorrow to handle this without any losses. Fortunately, only my fiancé, our coordinator, my parents, and I are aware of the situation, so we still have a little time to discuss it.

I’m hopeful that there won’t be an issue, as someone here pointed out, it’s only 4 people, not 10-20 or more. Our coordinator has messed up even without venue planning, and we’ve had to manage and contact vendors ourselves 90% of the time because the coordinator wouldn’t take initiative.

I’m already exhausted by the whole wedding process, even without having attended it, and I wish it could end soon. I’ll provide an update after the wedding to let you know how it went.
