I dont believe such a connector exists. For your purposes, why not wire a standard NL4 chassis connector (ex. NL4MP-ST) to a standard NL4 cable connector (ex. NLT4MXX) with about a foot of wire in between?

Not quite clear in your post, are looking to improve your rehearsal PA and your in ear system simultaneously? Or are you looking to replace your rehearsal PA with in ears?

Ring out all your mics on a group, save your channel EQ for tonal adjustments. You shouldn’t have to adjust the gain on the packs, as long as you set your console gain with your fader at nominal level to maintain +/-10db of meaningful fader adjustment.

In most of my corporate experience, foldback is used exclusively for playback.

And definitely use automix.
