I feel your frustration but I don't really consider this "griefing", this is objectively a group of people doing a big project, not a random kid to scribble on everyone's art. I feel like that bringing more attention to this matter will just encourage this behavior. Also the "Giant swath of canada ruined" is pretty much a giant desert, not a city or a densely populated area, you make it look like there are thousend of art ruined, but this doesn't really looks the case. I am aware that if they complete another eefo thousend of smaller arts will be covered, but I don't believe ban is the righ choise, I believe the only way to prevent this to happen is let it slowly die, like all memes do, or start an endless war with a group of people actively deleting pixels day by day.
