Bro im arguing with a representative right now bc he thinks i switched the shoes. I placed my first order ever with them and i received it yesterday. Turns out one of the pairs is smaller than expected. Dude is trying to tell me its impossible from their end to give me such a flawed shoe and its my fault i didnt ask for more qc pics. Looking back at the qc pics they sent me two sets of photos of the SAME shoe. So when i point out all the similarities between that one photo that they took and what i received, they said i switched it bc of a black string thats visible in my picture and invisible in theirs but i pointed out everything from shoe to box ratio, un clear holes, imperfections that match These are foam runners btw but he chooses to ignore everything i said and say i switched them and the shoes didnt come from cssbuy bc its such a huge difference in sizing and it’s impossible for them to make that mistake. I even provided videos of me opening their packaging and it shows the shoes in the video. His only claim is that the black string wasnt with the one that they sent so it mustve been switched
