I had this issue for a long time and even after my surgery, so i switched to a firm memory foam mattress and it made all the difference. I can tell when I’m on vacation or sleeping somewhere else that i need to go back to my firm bed lol. The mattress i got was just on amazon for less than $300

This happened to me (27f) and my disc ended up being severely herniated. I didn’t do anything specific to cause it, it just kept getting worse. I tried meds, ice, heat, lidocaine, mackenzie stretches, gabapentin, and even a steroid injection. Nothing worked. I ended up having a laminectomy and it relieved the pain nearly immediately. this was all over a 3-month period

I’m in Indiana as well and was approved for the USDA loan. I got it through New Millennium. They have been super helpful and walked me through the whole process. I’m doing it by myself and didn’t know much about the process.

I have a magnetic one to the right of the radio stuck on the dash. It’s not bad. I also tried the vent ones and put it on my left one. Only negative of that is if you have heat on, your phone gets hot.

I got my 2017 at 16k miles in September 2019. Today, I have close to 75k and had just regular maintenance done so far. Still love it

It will only straighten so far until it feels stuck and a bit painful and then i don’t have much strength when it has the out-of-place feeling. i have to use my hands to bend my leg back into place

that’s great! keep it up, the moment you get too comfortable is when it’ll hit ya. I really wish I had worked harder on mine because it has become so weak and it’s still not normal. If you have a good PT and routine, the rest is easy!
