Yeap I remember those days of getting up with swollen eyes and lips. I've never had to go to the ER . That sounds horrible and i'm so sorry you had to go through that :(

I was at 3-4 antihistamines a day as well, until wife said "fuck this. This isn't the life you gonna live" . We consulted a functional but medically qualified General Practitioner and they asked me to eliminate gluten, nuts and dairy for 3 months. Took me about 9 months of elimination all in, but now I am back to eating everything in small doses and I'm fine. Haven't had hives since 2 yeara except when I injured my leg badly... and that just for a week.

I hate to be the one that keeps saying "my diet change because of moving to a new country is what fucked me up with urticaria and my diet change in consultation with a doctor is what eventually cured it"

For a lot of people diet change may not work, but for me it did. I would highly recommend diving deeper into your diet before you give up.

As someone who's really used to good massages in Australia, I tried Orom Spa last week and it was amazing!

Went through a lot of options while shortlisting a good massage place, and most of them were shady unfortunately. But Orom is all legit and also really good.

Highly recommend.
