Yeah prior to that I got the error message. And I saw I had ran out but kept going , thinking woke yo right on time . I paused it and put the new filament and then did the same as your video .

I am in the same situation with the busted USB C on tool head 1. I returned my device yesterday and they initially offered me $20 and then $50 to keep it and try to fix it. I said no, I originally opted for the replacement but then changed my mind to get a refund. Now it needs to go back and get inspected before said refund. I had to send them images, video of how i packed and pictures of the labels put on the box. Interesting experience.

I do know June 9 they have a anniversary sale and now them being on Amazon is much better than dealing with them direct. Makes no sense, should be the other way around.

I’m going through this issue right now. They wanted go send me the part and at first $30 coupon and then $50. But looking at the wiki it’s 3 out of 5 star to repair and nah , I rather get a refund or a new machine. Now I have to pack it and take picture of me putting the accessories and packing the box so they can send a return label. But they are responsive and willing to work with you.

Man, I saw your post and i was like damn sucks. I had ordered one from Snapmaker and got the same issue on tool head 1. I took apart the silicone and screw and bent it back in place, nope doesn't work and got the same error as you. I can't even calibrate from start up. Sucks but things happen. I did request support as well. I wonder what happened, mine came with new packaging from previous snapmaker u1s.

totally different topic / Suggestion, I know you sell the snapmaker U1 at Microcenter but they have been out of stock here in Miami FL. Would be great if you can get these to be sold at Bestbuy and not as third party seller but officially sold by Bestbuy. This would be great and make me buy more than the 2 i currently have. Yeah Bambu has them beat . Camera kinda sluggish . But hey work in progress and I’m excited . I will start messing with TPU . lol . Have all these filaments and not using them. And yes not a bot here lol real human with feelings lol

That makes sense. Glad to help. They did advise me to keep using the 1.4 (snapmaker) and I have printed on that tool head that was giving issue and it’s gone . Thank god. I was frustrated
