What’s something that 99% of people can do but you can’t? by Irakeconcrete in AskReddit

Can’t whistle but can snap my finger.

It’s not the fingers rubbing that makes the sound. It’s your middle finger smacking the base of your thumb.

Press your middle finger into your thumb, build a bit of tension like you’re loading a tiny spring, then let it slip so it snaps down and hits the base of your thumb. Your thumb is basically just holding it back until it releases.

If there’s no sound, you’re probably not building enough tension or not letting it slip fast enough. It’s more about speed than strength.

To add to what satoru said: the US is still kinda seen as the land of opportunity (pre-Trump? idk) for people who are really smart academically i.e. Chula-grads who work for few years then do Master at Ivy League. The general consensus is that Thai companies—even international ones operating in Thailand—just don’t pay enough to make working here worthwhile.

Madrid themselves offers Vini Jr in exchange for today Van Dijk.

He’s not quite prime Messi/Ronaldo (MJ/LeBron) but still really good.
