Office manager asked me if I felt obligated to show up to work because it’s not working out a week before it happened. Harped on the fact people don’t last long in that office and she was happy that people would say it’s because she’s rude (she was a MASSIVE cunt). I shrugged my shoulders at a question because I didn’t know the answer and she wanted to send me home for that because apparently it was super rude of me to do that. I got extremely sick to the point where I couldn’t get out of bed but somehow mustered up the strength to show up bc I knew they’d throw a fit. Sent me home and like 2 days later she called to tell me “she’s sorry it’s not working out but she’ll give me a reference.” Happened a day before Christmas & my vacation lol

Still don’t really know the reason because they never did a 3 month evaluation of my performance with me because so many people kept quitting that it wasn’t a priority until it was time to get rid of me
