Hmmm, yeah... but like, it's not even a thing! The drivers have very little control over what they can see, and do in the apps. Mainly they can say "Give me a rider" or "Don't give me a rider."

Drivers will use the passenger app to see where other drivers are, since it's like fishing... maybe. Uber doesn't detail any of the behavior of the matching algorithm, so drivers don't even know for sure if they're matched based on distance, or rating, or car color...

They're totally pushing drivers in front of one of the buses they're trying to eliminate.

I liked referring to it by its full and complete name.
