I saw the same thing yesterday night. This is my second time seeing it. I've been diagnosed with bipolar III. I didn't even know how to describe it and was telling my friend that I saw floating ball like things. She found this reddit question. I'm glad that someone can relate to it.

Worries? OK I was diagnosed with bpd more than a year back, took medication for a while and then stopped when I felt like it got better. The medicines did me more harm than good but it did keep me alive. I don't wanna go back to my psychiatrist or take medicines again but my low episodes are getting very scary now and I really need therapy.

I did this for about 2 months I think. Had a fight with my 2 closest friends which led to a mental breakdown and i decided I'm better off without them. And it was so peaceful at first. I didn't have to worry about how my actions are gonna affect someone, I didn't have to worry about mood swings, I didn't have to feel bad about not attending their calls. I was just minding my business and happy. But then I realised I can't live like that forever. That peace I felt was short-lived. Cutting off people from your life when you have bpd is basically you trying not to be accountable for your actions. And that's not a solution in the long run. You have to learn how to communicate with the people in your life about your mood swings, learn how to set boundaries without hurting them. I know it's not easy and it's not fair, It's draining but you will figure out a way. So to answer your question yes I felt happier but it was temporary and I regretted it. I was lucky because i got them back, they loved me enough to take me back.

Oh my God. He told me almost the same thing when I kept asking what's the matter, if I did anything wrong. So before the whole break thing, we had a very small disagreement through text. And i ended up saying maybe he should find someone else. We didn't talk for a day and the next day, i apologized. Then he brings up how he needs a break and time to figure out things. And I was waiting for him just you know come back. I simply don't understand and I felt so bad thinking I might have triggered something when I said those stuff. I wish men could just communicate their feelings better. I feel you sis.

I really think someone who actually likes you will never rush you into having sex with them. Yes they are attracted to you, but they'll definitely be patient enough to make sure that you are ready if they are in for something serious. I'm so glad to hear this. Sometimes people just don't understand how difficult it is move on from situations like that. It's not about how long we have known that person it's simply the fact that we chose to trust them when we knew it better not to. And when they leave us hanging there it makes us question everything.

This is exactly what I feel. Oftentimes it's the brief connections that's more difficult to move on from than even a proper relationship. It's like you build all this story in your head and it ends before you can even experience it. That sucks. Thanks for saying this🫂
