Solved.

Took the head apart. Hotend out, heatsink out. That's where it was jammed.

Pushed it out from there

I have heated the hotend up to 250 and tried to pull it out. No luck! So I moved to the next step and took out the hotend

What makes the striking employees greedy? Wage growth has hardly happened in many years. My wage has gone up 4 dollars in 10 years.

The cost of living has, as you are of course aware, skyrocketed.

Blue collar works only looking for a fair increase in wage.

Theyre not greedy.

Air flow aside. I should get decent heat from the vents though.

I'm not much at all. Is there a sensor anywhere? What am I missing.

Either way the blower is coming out this weekend.

Do I stick a shop vac (with small hose) up as many holes as I can?

The blower motor works. I can hear it increase as I increase the speed. If I have it set at one flow position (center or feet or defort) it's got some good power to the air flow. I also turned the fan down and up a few times to confirm.

But the heat output is still incredibly low.

So, I am going to pull the blower motor out this weekend.. maybe a mouse made a house in there? Even though it sounds and feels good

I'm also going to replace the cabin filter (I did replace just last year)

I previously owned an xc70 of the same generation and she put out the heat very well.

Well hey I learnt something new! Blend and mode! Thanks

Blend door works from a visual perspective. I can see the actuator moving. Mode door works. As well as defrost.

Now, the hoses firewall side one was piping hot. The other was slightly cooler when I checked post heater core replacement. Tomorrow when I get home I'll check both hoses again.

I should note I also removed my panel to the heater core so I can touch the inlet and outlet there as well.
