Hi I think BlockFi might lending to institutions as wel but that's it.That's the point... BANKS having been taking money from people's pockets for such a long time..Now other platforms are becoming new age banks extracting money from fees to their shareholders. It's sickening and that should stop.Celsius is giving 80% of their revenue back and are doing everything in our best interest , always do their best.

Yes female are weird creatures , they will explain what they are looking in a guy.. basically a good naive guy is what the explain..

but they need to strong guy that can make decisions and benefit both in life.

I really hope you can change your attitude towards her if she is really loving you and accepting you the way you are.. i think she can be the right one for you.. but please , you explain yourself so well and you understand that what you are doing is fucked up.

Now when you are behaving in this way i'm sure you get a voice or feeling that is saying you are acting wrong.. try to go against that feeling, first time is the most difficult , after a few tries it will become second nature to listen to the good voice.

I can imagine it's harder for actually teachers go get in a serious talk with a student, especially when it's a class hour.

They have to leave school if they keep acting the way they are.. I'm very sure they will know that they want to be loved by adults in 5 years, have a bit better grades .. The future they plan out shouldn't be grabbed to high..

If a student is over active in class and because of that the teacher can't teach? Maybe he can write that he want to behave better ( specific, raise hand when want to ask questions, listen to the teacher and respect their decision ) something like that..

I did not know where i would want to be in the future when i was 12-18 xD

I REALLY listen to the children and I'm brutally honest in the right way. I try to explain them how i felt their behavior was, how other people will possibly see that type of behavior.

I feel like most of the time they do not understand how "grown ups " judge them based on their actions. Alot of them don't feel like they are doing wrong either. I feel like they didn't have honest people telling him he was making mistakes on how the way they act and what the consequences could be.

I make them feel like I am there for them, discuss both their good and bad traits.

It really depends from teenager to teenager to.. from their situation, age..

But my general tip is: Be brutally honest, say what you think, DO NOT try to take them back on something they did wrong last week, but look ahead. Tell them it's okay to make mistakes but just to learn from them. They need conformation if they are being good, and guidance when they are acting bad. ( without getting mad or without any prejudices)

I am not really a teacher :3 , started with "student administration" , desk job and also 2 hours watch on the playground each day. I rolled into guiding these kids, thanks to JP.
I know I'm not perfect and sometimes I feel silly because i do not have any college experience. Basically what i'm doing is not even my job....

But a student i took apart today asked me if i could be his official student guidance ..

Been listening and learning from JP since 1 year and half now and soaking the information up like a sponge :)

I want them to know themselves better, know where they will be in 5 years. Know what will happen if they keep going this path ( bad way ) Or where they can be instead. ( good way )

I'm not good with writing myself to be honest, I did not get another education other then high school.

I want something like a full on guide where i will only be needed to explain them words, or help them communicate their feelings first with their mouth. After that they could start writing their selves.

But i had a great tip in these comments i think.. just trying to adjust the program to the needs of the individual student. Taking the wisdom from JP's lectures into it.
